Claire is an eighteen year old Senior from England. Her mother married the dearly departed Felix Waldgrave about four or five years ago now. Though she started out nothing like the rest of the younger generations, Claire has since proved everyone right. Once you're a UES, you're always a UES. She's conformed to what pretty much everyone else does at the school.
With a tendency to party all night, Claire is quite possibly the most trashiest addition to the Waldgrave clan. Unlike her step-cousin, Annabelle, she likes the grace and elegancy that was genetically infused in to all the other Waldgraves. With her platinum blonde locks and red lipstick, the girl has a liking to partying with her top off in the all over New York as well as struggling to maintain a popularity amongst the Upper East Siders.
She needs enemies, friends and frenemies as well as lovers and risqué business to live up to her reputation. She's not exempt from being a bully and will probably stop at nothing to get what she wants.
